When we think back in time we need to think of how much these wonderful horses have done for all of us. The horse is how we traveled, how our ancestors settled the places we now call home. The horse was once our only means of getting around. They took us into battle and a lot of them gave there lives to keep humans from starving in the mountains and plains of the old west when the winter was harsh and very cold. As we remember history, let us all open up our hearts and wallets to give back a little help to the horse.
